Position Summary;

This position requires a self-motivated, reliable employee to join our Production staff as a Machine Operator. This position reports to the Production Supervisor. This position supports the company’s production facility with the responsibilities that are included below.

What you’ll do:

• Daily tasks include setup and operate a pouching machine or bottling Line
• Regulate machine by settings and adjusting controls
• Troubleshoot machine issues
• Input production records into PS Seasonings ERP system using a laptop or tablet
• Record QC paperwork and digital quality checks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting production goal
• Examine and inspect materials, containers, and products to ensure that specifications are met
• Load materials and products into package processing equipment
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records
• Mark and label containers, tags and products using marking tools
• Clean up work area including products, bags, boxes before next project
• Comply with GMP, personal hygiene, HACCP and other quality and safety programs
• Other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for:

· Basic math skills required

· Basic computer skills required

· Ability to read and write in English preferred

· Mechanically inclined to set up machine

· Physical requirements include lifting to 60 lbs., bending, standing and climbing

· Ability to work independently or with a team
