Position Summary:

In this position, we are seeking a self-driven, well organized Cycle Counter with a high level of detail who can exercise decision making skills and time management with little supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conducts daily inventory counts as scheduled
• Assess all variation to system counts
• Conduct root cause analysis as required
• Instruct company personnel on inventory accuracy processes and procedures
• Comply with GMP, personal hygiene, HACCP and other quality and employee safety programs
• Ad-hoc inventory tasks as required

Skills & Qualifications:

• Overall understanding of Microsoft Office products (Excel & Word)
• 1-3 years of cycle-count, warehousing, or material handling experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong mathematical capability
• Forklift Certification Preferred (required to obtain certification if hired)
• Ability to lift 50lb on an occasional basis
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and goal driven with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well with a team
